Spa good practice

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Metropol Spa Hotel Spa Centre!

By entering the Spa Centre, you confirm that you have read the rules.

  • To visit the Spa Centre, you must be confident that you are fit enough to use the various saunas, jacuzzis and pools.
  • Showering is compulsory before entering the spa.
  • Please do not swim with untied hair – wear your hair up.
  • It is forbidden to dye hair, shave, apply nail polish or perform similar activities in the spa area or in the showers or changing rooms.
  • Swimwear (swimsuit, trunks or bikini) is mandatory at the spa. Being in your underwear or naked in the spa is forbidden.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety at the spa. Please follow the signs and markings in the spa.
  • The floor of the Spa Centre may be slippery, so we urge you to exercise caution and to refrain from running or jumping into the pool. The hotel is not responsible for injuries or other damage to health incurred by guests and is not liable for any subsequent compensation. Please do not enter the spa barefoot or wearing slippers. Flip-flops can be purchased from the spa reception desk.
  • The hotel is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.
  • It is forbidden to chew chewing gum and use snus in swimming pools/jacuzzis.
  • There are no lifeguards at the spa.
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or over who is responsible for the supervision and safety of any minors accompanying them. Children under 2 years old are kindly requested to wear swim diapers (also available at the spa reception).
  • You are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the spa. Drinks and snacks can be bought from the spa bar. Guests are strictly forbidden from consuming their own meals or drinks in the Spa Centre. Violations will result in a fine of €300 (three hundred euros).
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden on the premises of the Spa and Wellness Centre.
  • We expect all our guests to be respectful of each other and our staff. In case of violation of the spa etiquette, the staff has the right to make a note to the guest and, if necessary, ask them to leave (the admission cost will not be refunded).
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse to sell alcoholic beverages to guests at the spa bar.
  • Last entry to the spa is at 21:00.
  • Visits to the spa are limited to 3 hours. There is a surcharge of €0.10/minute for going over the time limit. (Staying at the Metropol Spa Hotel entitles you to unlimited access to the Spa Centre during opening hours)
